A clearer picture.
A practical next step.
Illustrative report template. This page contains no measured client results. Example issues below demonstrate the format, not findings about a real business.
Each report starts with your services and town. We record the exact questions, tools, dates and locations used, repeat the checks, and keep the underlying answers.
The questions we test
For an HVAC business in West Hartford, we might ask: “Who installs heat pumps in West Hartford?” and “Who offers furnace maintenance in Newington?” Your name stays out of discovery questions so we can observe unprompted mentions.
What we record
| Tool | Your mentions | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| ChatGPT | Not measured | Dated answers + cited sources |
| Perplexity | Not measured | Dated answers + cited sources |
| Gemini | Not measured | Dated answers + cited sources |
| Google AI answers | Not measured | Dated answers + cited sources |
Your report replaces “Not measured” with observed mentions and the number of answers checked. If an AI answer does not appear, we record that separately. We distinguish API tests from consumer-interface checks.
Three fixes, in priority order.
- Correct the source information. Example: the service area on a directory profile differs from the website. Confirm the real coverage and align the listing.
- Answer the customer’s actual question. Example: the site names heat pumps but doesn’t explain installation, service coverage or how to request an estimate. Improve the page with verified details.
- Make the next step clear. Example: a customer can read about a service but cannot find how to request it. Add a clear contact path, or scope Wittle Scheduling setup if eligible.
What this can—and can’t—tell you.
A snapshot tells you what appeared during a defined set of checks. It does not measure all customers’ searches or guarantee future mentions, traffic or bookings. Repeating the same questions gives us a more useful basis for comparison.
